Welcome to a new city a new country a new culture! After your arrival we will have a meeting in which we will inform you about all the things you will need to know. We will provide you with first ideas about different residential areas, the variety of living possibilities and its costs. We explain the different types of leases and insurances and help you to fill in all important documents that are necessary for moving. We will also discuss the needs of the accompanying family, such as schools for the children or job possibilities for spouses. An orientation tour will take place, to give you an overview of interesting living areas their infrastructure as well as price structures in different areas.
REAL ESTATE / LIVING
After we have set up your personal demand, we will search for suitable rental properties, which we will view together on our so called “House Hunting Tour”. Once you have decided on your favorite object, we will take care of contract negotiations, smooth transfer and the organization of various applications, such as electricity, gas, water, telephone and internet. It is important to us that you and your family feel comfortable, in your new environment, right from the beginning.
In order to be able to work legally in Germany, various applications will have to be made. We will provide you with all the necessary forms and take you through the process with the German authorities – just like our motto “Saving you time is our success”.
FAMILY / CHILDREN
The adventure in the new country can start now. In addition to play and fun, the appropriate education in a foreign country also needs to be taken care of. We introduce you to German-speaking and also to international kindergardens and schools. We make sure that your children are well taken care of. We will also provide you information about further training opportunities or professional offers for accompanying travelers, cultural activities, leisure and sport facilities in the area you will settle.
We are also happy to help you to relocate your accompanying pets.
When it’s time to say good bye and you will move on to new challenges and new destinations, we will be happy to assist you with your departure from Munich. In a personal meeting we will discuss all your contracts that have been set up during your stay here in Munich or the area. We organize all cancellations that need to be done, and support you doing your departure check list. We also take care of the renovation and the return of your rental object. We are of help finding a reliable shipping company. Finally we take care of all cancellations and de registrations that need to be done.
